Mermbership Terms

InLiquid is intended to be an informational site for the arts community dedicated to showcasing the work of artists in a variety of media. Although this is a binding agreement of membership on the site, the artist expressively acknowledges that this contract is not intended to be construed as an agreement of representation by InLiquid.com on the artist’s behalf.
InLiquid’s main goal is to present your work in the most professional manner possible. We reserve the right to put images up that will work well on the web while reflecting the strongest work of the artist. Please remember that InLiquid is a screened site. Submittal of work does not guarantee inclusion, and acceptance to the site does not guarantee inclusion of pieces.
By signing this agreement, the artist expressively agrees that all membership fees are nonrefundable, irrespective of termination of the agreement by either party.
Either party may terminate this agreement upon sixty (60) days written notice. Upon such termination, InLiquid shall have an additional sixty (60) days from effective date of termination to return all artist materials and/or property and to remove such artist information and/or work from the site.
Artist agrees to indemnify and hold InLiquid harmless from any and all claims, demands, suits, damages or other looses resulting from: (a) the display or sale of his/her art work; or (b) the use of the artist’s digital images or other property by Inliquid for any authorized purpose.
Artist expressively grants to InLiquid the right to use the artist’s images for promotional purposes such as print materials, display at InLiquid events, and display at participating venues.

By submitting this form, you agree to enter willingly into a contract of membership with InLiquid.
This contract is valid for one (1) year from date the work appears on the site.
